Almighty Pita Bread

What you need:
  1. Little bowl
  2. Big bowl (or bread maker)
  3. Rolling pin (or you could use a wine bottle full of water)
  4. Ice cream container
  5. Electric pan or just a normal pan
  6. Teaspoon
  7. Glad wrap
  8. paper

Ingredients:
  1. 1 cup of hot water
  2. 2tsp of yeast
  3. 2 ½ cups of high grade flour
  4. Salt
  5. Olive oil
  6. Spray oil
  7. Rosemary

To make Pita bread the first thing you do is boil the jug. After that, pour the boiled water into the bowl (TIP: Make sure that the water is not too hot or it may kill the next ingredient) and then put in the yeast and stir into dissolved and let it rest for a few minutes.
When the yeast is cooled down, pour into the big bowl (Bread maker) and add in a bit of salt, oil then add in the flour.Knead the flour for a few minutes or when the dough is soft and it’s all sticking together, as soon as you finish kneading the dough, grab a ice cream container spray oil around it and put the dough in then spray the top with a bit of the oil and let it rest for one hour.
After the hour is over grab the dough and cut it into quarters or thirds (If you want you are able to make the leftover dough into a pizza) and roll it out with the rolling-pin into a thin sheet (1 mm) the shape of a circle. When you finish rolling it out grab a pan, pour a little bit of oil into the middle and lay the dough in pan. When one side has a few spots of brown flip over, add salt, rosemary or even something else you might want to add on with your Pita bread.

Thank you
